The Rhythm Rockets begin a monthly residency at Chicago's Untitled Supper Club. Truly one of the Windy City's gems. Step inside and be transported to the era of the Speakeasy. Fine dining, tasty libations, room to dance. It's complimentary admission but table reservations are encouraged. There is plenty of room to sit at the bar and enjoy the vintage vibes of the Rhythm Rockets.

Where: Fullerton Pkwy & Cannon Drive (Lincoln Park), Chicago
Burn some calories before heading downtown for the parade at the Leprechaun Leap, formerly known as the St. Paddy's Day 5K and 8K Run, which benefits the Greater Chicago Food Depository. Winding through Lincoln Park, participants are encouraged to use their imaginations and don green attire, dress up, wear a costume and celebrate the Emerald Isle. There will be awards for the best dressed Leprechaun Leapers!
Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade
When: Saturday, March 11th 2017
Where: Columbus Drive
You don't want to miss Chicago's St. Patrick's Day Parade. The entire city shows up to witness the parade and dyeing the Chicago River the color green identical to the greens of Ireland from where it got its name The Emerald Isle. This year's parade theme is, "Irish Immigration: A New World Of Opportunity."
South Side Irish Parade
When: Sunday, March 12th 2017 at noon
Where: Western Ave from 103rd St to 115th St
The city's southernmost Irish celebration returns with another liquor-less procession. In recent years, the event has attempted to shed its boisterous reputation, increasing the fine for open container violations so that families can safely enjoy the floats, bagpipes and marching bands. The 2017 Emerald Isle Mile begins at 11:30am just prior to the start of the South Side Irish Parade. Visit the Emerald Mile Isle for more information.
Hippie Sabotage at House of Blues
When: Sunday, March 12th from 8pm-12am
Where: House of Blues: 329 N Dearborn St, Chicago 60654
EDM lovers: you're welcome! Hippie Sabotage is one of the best electronic dance music duo's (in our humble opinion). If you're not familiar, check out this song.
Mew and Brew
Join Tree House Humane Society for Mew and Brew at Lagunitas Tap Room and help us turn beer into money for cats! Mew and Brew guests will enjoy complimentary savories and sweets provided by All Natural Chicago, Punk Rock Housewife Catering and Double Good popcorn. The Cut-Outs, a Chicago rock-n-roll band, will take the stage for two unforgettable sets. This will all take place suspended above the brewing facility of Lagunitas Tap Room (an experience in itself)!
Unlimited bacon dishes; beer, wine and cocktails galore. It's Friday night, why not make it Baconfest?
